All appointments can be arranged by calling

- Office hours are between Monday to Friday (except Holidays) between 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- All doctor consultations are from Monday to Friday.
- Endoscopy procedures are undertaken from Monday to Saturday at St. John of God Berwick and The Valley Private Hospital (Mulgrave).
When you come for your appointment, please remember to bring the following items:
- Medicare card or Veteran Affairs card
- Private Health insurance information
- As a Specialist clinic, patients need a valid referral letter from their General Practitioner or family physician (12 months or indefinite) or other specialist doctor (3 months)
- Bring copies of any previous health test or records from clinics outside (if possible)
To cancel an appointment, please call the office and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that appointment to another patient.0
